Who we are

A team built
on one conviction:
understand before acting.

Viggo has existed since 2019. Because we had a different reading of what makes transformations fail — and because we sensed that the demand for consulting was about to change drastically.

Our story

What we learnt
by doing

Viggo was not born from a thesis on the consulting market. It was born from an observation accumulated across missions: the transformations we were accompanying rarely failed on method or tool. They failed on what nobody was saying out loud.

In 2019, Pascal Zimmermann and Christian Drouin decided to build a firm that would place that observation at the heart of its approach — and give itself the means to address it systematically, not just intuitively.

It is from this same conviction that NOAXP was born — a platform we developed to surface at scale what organisations do not easily verbalise. TRAME is the method we built on top: the way we deploy this capability in our transformation missions.

From the same conviction: if the organisational implicit was the real issue, we needed a tool capable of surfacing it at scale, with the neutrality that humans cannot guarantee alone.

"We created Viggo because we had learnt something we wanted to put into practice — and because we sensed that consulting was going to have to reinvent itself."

Viggo founded

Paris. A shared conviction between the founders: transformations rarely fail on methodology. First client, first foothold.

2020

COVID crisis — a stress test of the model

The crisis accelerates and reveals. The Viggo model holds. Organisations undergoing forced transformation confirm what we were observing: the implicit is everywhere.

2022

Research into root causes

In-depth work on the root causes of transformation project failures. The patterns are confirmed: what is left unsaid is consistently at the heart of the problem.

2023

Experimenting with a structured method

First experiments with a structured approach to surface the implicit upstream of transformations. The method takes shape.

2024

Birth of TRAME

The development of LLMs opens new possibilities. Viggo develops TRAME — an AI-powered listening method designed to surface what organisations do not easily verbalise.

2025

Structuring the method

TRAME enters operational deployment on Viggo missions. The method is structured, transmitted, and refined mission after mission. Viggo's missions are its original ground — its applications go further.

2026

Focus on the Intelligence of the Implicit

What experience had taught us intuitively becomes a named, structured, transferable method. The organisational implicit becomes the core of our approach to transformation.

Our values

What guides our decisions

01
Understand before acting
We do not recommend a solution before we have understood the reality on the ground. Not as a principle — because solutions that ignore that reality do not work.
02
Honesty about our limits
If we are not the right answer to a situation, we say so. Long-term credibility is worth more than a short-term engagement.
03
End-to-end commitment
A team that has accompanied complex transformations, and that engages directly — without delegation on what matters.
04
Knowledge transfer
What we learn on each mission enriches the collective method. And what we know must be shared — with our team, with our clients, and more broadly.
05
Measuring impact
We work towards outcomes, not days. What matters is what changes durably in the organisation — not the volume of deliverables produced.
06
Permanent curiosity
Organisations change. Technologies change. We invest continuously in understanding these evolutions — so as not to advise with ten years' delay.
