Building a corporate culture consistent with our identity and what we do

We strive to build a culture aligned with our purpose and values. This is reflected in the day-to-day life of the company and in our relationships with our customers and partners.
We are convinced that a consultant must be humble, adaptable and close to the customer.

Internal organization

We maintain close links between consultants and managers. We encourage everyone to get involved in Viggo’s corporate project.
All employees have access to profit-sharing schemes.
The spirit of the entrepreneurial consultant is cultivated to push forward new ideas that respond differently to customer problems.
We encourage entrepreneurial initiatives within the team.

Compensation policy

We consider everyone to be a stakeholder in the company’s success. Bonuses are therefore systematically collective.
We take care to maintain a reasonable pay gap between junior consultants and senior executives.

Partnership, customer relations and innovation approach

We are constantly on the lookout for new, innovative technological partners, enabling us to respond more effectively to the problems encountered by our customers.
This allows us to go beyond the simple execution of a mission, putting the customer’s problem at the heart of the matter and avoiding ready-made solutions.
This kind of approach strengthens both our innovative spirit and that of our customers.

CSR commitments

Our environmental responsibility is reflected in our day-to-day actions: we favor environmentally-friendly modes of transport (bicycle, public transport, train) whenever possible.
We communicate regularly with our teams on our decisions and the company’s situation, organizing seminars at least every 6 months and information meetings at least once a month.
We share project successes and failures with our customers.
