The VIGGO project is built around six values that guide our actions and our relationships with our customers, partners and employees.

We introduce these 6 values below, along with a few examples of their concrete application in our day-to-day actions.

Adaptability

Focusing on meeting customer needs rather than executing a pre-defined plan

The answers we provide for our customers are based on our expertise, but systematically take into account our customer’s ecosystem.
We are able, in agreement with the customer, to go beyond the scope of the mission if we consider that the need expressed requires a response that differs from the initial plan.
We offer our customers the opportunity to co-construct the response to their needs, rather than responding to pre-defined specifications.

Honesty and transparency

Establishing a dialogue of trust with our customers, both in terms of the direction we take and the results of our work.

We regularly ask our customers, during the course of an assignment, about their perception of the value provided by Viggo, even in difficult situations.
We talk honestly to our customers when we feel that our value contribution is not optimal.
Our choices are systematically made in consultation with our customers, without hiding the reasons or motivations behind our choices.
We acknowledge and take responsibility for any mistakes we may make.

Committing fully to our customer’s project success.

Our consultants are fully engaged as full members of our customers’ teams, understanding their issues and contributing to the success of the project.
We take a long-term view of the customer relationship, not just a short-term one.
We share project successes and failures with our customers.

Continuous innovation

Every problem is different, and there is no standard solution.

We are constantly on the lookout for technological or organizational innovations, and we don’t hesitate to propose solutions that go beyond the traditional frames of reference if we consider that they can bring real value to our customers.
We build long-term partnerships with innovative companies to help them adapt their solutions to our customers’ needs.
We propose short-term experiments to test new systems co-constructed with our customers.

Viggo’s approach is to make every assignment a challenge, considering that each project is unique and requires a personalized response.

Viggo makes the effort to understand in depth the real problem to be solved and to tackle it by immersing himself in the customer’s environment from the outset.

Intrapreneurship

Everyone contributes something.

Team members form the building blocks of Viggo, but are encouraged to add others.

Encourage initiative-taking, both internally and with customers: adopt the right reflexes to propose innovative solutions, but also report any alerts.

  • Encourage the optimization of working methods and tools, and the adoption of external solutions.

No limit to Viggo’s borders:

  • Open up possibilities for solutions to be developed at Viggo.
  • Adopt external solutions for optimal resolution of the customer’s problem.
